Syamala

Syamala graduated from Multimedia University (Melaka) with a Bachelor of Law (LLB) (Hons) in 2013 and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2014. She began her career in conveyancing practice, gaining a strong foundation in property transactions and banking documentation.

In 2019, she joined Dhyan & Co, where she expanded her practice into litigation. Syamala now represents clients in disputes across all tiers of the Malaysian courts, including trials, appeals, and interlocutory applications. Her litigation work covers a wide range of matters, from family injunctions to contested bankruptcy and winding‑up proceedings.

She also has extensive experience in housing and project-related documentation, regularly drafting and vetting sale and purchase agreements, sub-sale agreements, leases, tenancies, service agreements, and advising on financing, loan documentation, contracts, and corporate matters.

Syamala is known for her meticulous attention to detail, strategic approach to disputes, and her ability to balance legal precision with practical solutions.  Her dual expertise in conveyancing and litigation makes her a trusted advisor for individuals, businesses, and developers alike.
