ABOUT

Dhyana Shila Vasanthan is the founding Managing Partner of Dhyan & Co, which she established in 2013 at Solaris Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur. With a law degree from the University of London and a Master of Laws from the University of Malaya, she brings both international grounding and deep local expertise to every matter she handles.

Over more than a decade in practice, Dhyana has built a reputation as a tenacious and strategic advocate. As a general litigator, she has handled a wide spectrum of disputes across different industries and business types representing individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients in matters ranging from commercial conflicts to property disputes. She understands that winning in law is not just about arguments, but about delivering outcomes that genuinely serve her clients’ lives and businesses.

Upon establishing Dhyan & Co, she expanded her practice into conveyancing and corporate advisory, ensuring the firm could meet the full breadth of client needs. Today, her practice is anchored in commercial litigation, property transactions, and corporate advisory. She is equally comfortable drafting complex agreements as she is cross-examining witnesses in the High Court.

Clients consistently describe her as someone who listens carefully, advises honestly, and fights hard when it counts. Dhyana is a member of the Malaysian Bar and was admitted to practice in the High Court of Malaya in year 1998. She oversees the firm’s strategic direction while maintaining an active caseload with direct involvement in each client’s matter from instruction to resolution.
